We are an outpatient care center with 3 operating theaters and a private hospital in accordance with § 30 of the Industrial Code, in which resident surgeons can treat (operate) their patients on an outpatient or inpatient basis. We currently have 14 inpatient beds. Nine specialists from the Charlottenburg practice clinic as well as around 50 employees and a nursing trainee work together with around 30 surgeons from six specialist disciplines to ensure the well-being of the patients. In 2020, the MVZ Praxisklinik Charlottenburg performed 5.541 medically necessary operations, of which 554 operations required inpatient follow-up treatment. Due to this high number of cases, the doctors operating in the Charlottenburg practice clinic have optimal experience.

Your tasks with us:

• With us, you will take on the entire range of activities of a surgical technology assistant (f/m/d).
• As part of our team, you will take on the instrumentation and assistance as well as stand-in activities during surgical procedures and also help with storing the patients as well as with the completion of administrative and logistical activities.
• Proper preparation and follow-up of the operating room, the instruments, storage materials and technical equipment are a matter of course for you and are part of a smooth process in the operating room.
• Ensuring compliance with current hygiene regulations is just as important to you as it is to us.
• Depending on your skills, you are welcome to switch between different departments. Here we are flexible!

Your qualification:

• Training as a health and nurse or surgical nurse or surgical nurse or training as an OTA or specialist training as a surgical service or MFA with experience in surgical care and specialist training in outpatient surgery.
• Responsible and team player.
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of nursing and have good knowledge of this specialist area.
