Commercial specialist (m/f/d) / career changer as sales manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You actively sell online job advertisements and employer branding products over the phone to large companies from all over Germany
• No pain, no gain: You can expect 40-60 calls per day and you will receive a commission without a cap - Sky is the limit!
• You inspire and acquire new customers from a pre-qualified pool of target companies and turn them into your regular customers
• You create offers on your own responsibility and are the permanent contact person for your customers for any questions regarding our services
• You can ensure long-term customer satisfaction through targeted quality management (such as clean account maintenance, creating a customer history, telephone satisfaction discussions, etc.)
• For the implementation and processing of the customer order, you will work closely with our customer service team and thus ensure long-term customer loyalty
