Your work environment
At our location in Berlin, our employees manufacture key components for the ASML lithography systems. As part of our precision manufacturing, you will support the production of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics for our high-tech small series, single part and prototype production.
Project manager: in quality
Your tasks
- Management of quality-relevant projects for an entire product group that contains various sub-projects/work packages
- Preparation and initiation of projects
- Control of projects until the results are achieved
- Develop project plans and monitor their timely execution including resources and budget planning
- Organizational and technical coordination of project goals (if necessary across sectors)
- Identify, evaluate risks and actively derive minimization measures
- Participation in operational excellence projects
- Collaboration with other stakeholders from operations, D&E, program and research in Berlin and Veldhoven
your qualification
- Successfully completed natural or engineering studies (master/diploma)
- Project management skills level C or equivalent
- Have basic project management experience
- Experience in carrying out organizational tasks in the technical area
- Successful management of “Continuous Improvement (CI) (partial) projects”
- Fluent English
your skills
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Working independently (in coordination with the group management)
- Expertise in the area of quality (SPC, performance management)
- A structured and goal-oriented way of working
