This position is available at our logistics location in Weiterstadt-Gräfenhausen.

Your tasks

• Documentation and management of data in various IT systems
• General clerical tasks
• Processing of inquiries from our customers
• Recording of complaints as well as planning and monitoring of customer-oriented or economic solutions

Your profile

• Commercial training or craft training with further commercial qualification
• Quickly grasp manual and technical connections and develop and offer target-oriented solutions
• First professional experience in customer service
• High service and customer orientation
• Friendly and competent contact person (m/f/d) with tact even in challenging situations, for whom maximum customer satisfaction is a central concern
• Good to very good knowledge of common Office programs
