Your job
This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- Intensive support for non-German speaking guests (i.e. host function, active hosting)
- Translation of all printed matter and guest information (menus, daily program, etc.) into English
- Translations in the on-board infotainment system and maintenance of this system
- Carrying out daily office hours and announcements for non-German speaking guests
- Support for tourism on board (e.g. during embarkation/disembarkation, accompanying excursions, regular use as a zodiac driver in the area of expeditions)
- Supporting guests during the outward and return flights, as well as on pre- and post-programs

Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Qualified training as a foreign language secretary or translator
- Excellent knowledge of German (mother tongue) and English (spoken and written), another foreign language desirable
- Very good PC skills, especially MS Office and image editing programs such as Adobe InDesign
- Linguistic and rhetorical confidence as well as excellent manners
- Several years of experience in guest relations and complaint management desirable
