Arbeitsförderung Karlsruhe gGmbH (afka) is a social subsidiary of the city of Karlsruhe with a wide range of employment and advice services, especially for young people in the transition from school to work and for the unemployed to integrate into working life.
In its own workshops and companies, at municipal offices and non-profit organizations, the company offers around 150 temporary jobs in various support measures with socio-pedagogical support as well as mediation and advisory services.
Personnel administration/project accounting clerk
We are looking for you as a clerk in human resources management/project accounting part-time (50%) to start as soon as possible. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, the position offers development opportunities up to salary group E 8 TVöD.
The position is initially limited to 1 year as an illness cover. Permanent employment is sought.
The interviews will take place in September 2023.
Your tasks
- Editing and managing issues from hiring to exit
- Clarification of legal questions
- Maintenance of personnel files, vacation and sickness overviews
- Collection of monthly timesheets
- Control of applications and settlement of wage cost subsidies
- Switchboard in the team, registration
Your profile
- Completed commercial training as an office management clerk or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources
- Knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law desirable
- Communicative personality with very good knowledge of spoken and written German
- Reliable and structured way of working with people in mind
- Willingness to integrate cooperatively into an existing team
- Experienced use of MS Office products
- Knowledge of SAP HR desirable
