As part of your job, you will take on the following tasks:

• Construction and project management of major modernizations and new buildings in building construction in accordance with HOAI
• Monitoring the execution with regard to compliance with the building permit, implementation planning, service description, mass determination and all technical regulations as well as quality assurance
• Creation and monitoring of construction schedules, appointment coordination and cost budget
• Tendering and awarding of construction services
• Examination of the billing of planning and construction services
• Support after project completion
• Perception of the building owner function towards external parties (perspective)

This will convince us:

• Completed studies in the field of architecture/civil engineering, ideally with a focus on construction operations, training as a technician or master craftsman for building construction trades or a comparable qualification
• ideally knowledge in the areas of “energy renovation” and “sustainable construction”
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Good MS Office knowledge, ideally CAD knowledge
• Independent, structured way of working as well as willingness to learn and a high level of commitment
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team and creative action
• Very good knowledge of the German language
• Driving license class B
